When I show up with a camera, there’s usually a bit of hesitation—but this team leaned in and made it easy to capture them in their element. This was one of the first reels where I had creative freedom to highlight both the professionalism and personality behind the work. My goal was to show that this company is not only capable, but genuinely welcoming.
